I am in Georgia, in the US. Getting healthcare in general is a bit of a nightmare in this state and most care I get from my primary ($110 just for showing up on top of whatever other fees they add). The closest low cost gynaecological care for me is in Atlanta, and it is from a "women's health" center which is strongly radfem. They will not see trans women at all but will give HRT to trans men and because of their transmisogyny I cannot bring myself to see them despite it being the only affordable option for this area.
